In-state: California, Net 7 days; Out-of-state: COD with 50% deposit before production.

POLICY:

2% damage allowed on regular ink
3% damage allowed on all over print, flocking, and foil

Sample charge* is credited into purchase order for production over 4000 pieces; 50% discounted for production between 2000-4000 pieces, No discount (none refundable) on Sample charge for production under 2000 pieces.
*Sample charge = [Film + Screen + Sample + Setup]

Film and Screen is one time charge. If they wear out or damage during production, 4 Season Garment will replace them without any charge.

All production order will not start without purchase order.

All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

To start your production, including sample, you are required to fill out the following,

1. Credit application
2. Purchase Order, P.O.
3. Designer Release Form

RETURNS:

We accept returns for damages over 2-3% allowance within 7 days for in store credit. We will not accept any returns without authorization. All returns will be shipped to our facility at your shipping cost.
