All Over Printing

A part of the trend towards patterns, all over printing is an in demand technique among printers today. We have taken steps to customize our machines to handle printing up to 41"x42" which can handle most XXL Men's t-shirts with ease. Proprietary processes have been developed here to optimize registration on the press and deliver the best print possible. 4 Season Garment can handle up to 4 colors in any combination of plastisol, water base, discharge, flocking and foil.
Water Based Printing

Many of today's t-shirt designs have a vintage or soft hand feel. Water base printing feels apart of the fabric unlike regular plastisol printing, which has a more plastic or vinyl feel to it. However, water based printing is much harder to control than regular plastisol printing and requires special steps to be taken to make sure production runs smoothly. Our operators are all experienced in solving these issues and limiting down time. Its transparent nature helps it in attaining a soft hand but limits its usefulness on dark colored garments.
Discharge Printing

Water based inks work well on light colored garments but not on dark garments. Discharge printing uses water based pigments with special discharge agents that will bleach out the color of fabric and leave the desired ink color. No white mask is needed on dark garments and the print will feel apart of the fabric. Our dryers have been setup specifically to handle discharge printing on fabrics from thin cotton jersey to thick denim.
Burn Out

Burn out is an advanced printable chemical that will dissolve natural fibers when heat is applied. We can do washes or all over prints with it on 50/50 fabric that give a desired worn out texture. We also can handle printing with burn out as a more inexpensive alternative to laser or cutting machine applications on 100% cotton fabrics to make die cut or applique effects.
