4 Season Garment can dye garments from your custom specifications to quickly introduce new colors and effects to stay on top of seasonal color trends. In our lab we can match colors and develop a formula to create the color and texture desired. All of our garment dye formulas can be optimized to work well with discharge printing.
Dischargeable Dye
Discharged inks are the only way to get a soft hand print on dark colored garments. Premade blank tees often have problems handling discharge inks due to the manufacturer not using special dyes to handle the chemical reaction from the discharge agent. 4 Season Garment can provide you with our own PFD goods (Prepared for Dye) and make sure that you can get consistent colors on your prints.
Tie Dye
Tie dye is not just for psychedelic clothing. From subtle tones to over the top Hollywood styles, tie dye helps to create a garment that stands out on the store rack. Our lab can match a sample to your specifications or choose from our library of tie dye patterns.
Specialty Dye
Apart from tie dye, 4 Season Garment offers a variety of other techniques to offer a compelling dyed garment. Our facilities offer rain dye, dip dye, spray dye, stencil dye, and other processes that offer an original look for your garments.
