1. Submit your artwork. Until we view your artwork we are unable to give you an exact estimate of costs. Send a low resolution version (72 dpi) of your image for us to quote.

2. Please provide size, colors, fabric, details and quantities.

3. Upon receipt of detailed information, you will receive price quote from Sales.

Note that a Quote is NOT a Purchase Order.


O r d e r  P r o c e s s

1. Quoting

2. Scheduling: Sales will review “Purchase Order” and schedule your order on our calendar.

3. Artwork: Original artwork is submitted to our art department. Recommended file formats are EPS, PSD, PDF, AI, TIFF. See Digital Art* Requirements for printing. For Re-Order: Film is pulled and double checked that no changes have been requested.

4. Tee Shirts: Upon submission of Purchase Order, you will ship tee shirts to our facility. 4 Season Garment offer tagless tee shirts (custom color, pantone match optional) available for an extra fee,

5. Sample: Once Sample is made, you will set a time for review with Sales and authorize for production.

6. Production

7. Packing: We can individually pack T-shirts in poly-bags and boxed them according to the packing slip(s). Folding, bagging, printing labels and washing can be done in-house for a nominal fee.

8. Shipping: We can ship to your customers directly from our facility. Address(es) are double checked against the pack slip and ship via your shipping account, such as UPS and FedEx.
